Fall Line Ski Club was started in 1966 as place for local ski enthuasts to gather and have fun enjoying the sport of skiing. Over the years Fall Line Ski Club has developed into Southern New Jersey's Premier Ski, Board, Sport and Social Club.  We are a true four-season organization with active participation in skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, hiking, dancing, biking, golf, bowling, dragon boating, just to name a few of our activities. With a membership of 300+ and growing, Fall Line Ski Club offers opportunities to meet, mingle and become active in events to fit your interests. We are made up of active adults, over 21 years young, of which 65% are single and that percentage is equally divided between male and female. 

Come out and join us at our monthly Mixer Meetings on the first and third Tuesday of every month, 7:30pm to 9:30pm at Dublin Square Pub, 482 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, NJ  08003 and see what we have to offer.  Why stay at home?  Our committees have organized events that give you reasons not to stay home.

 

Membership in the club is required for all events with limited availability and you must be at least 21 years old to join. Events with unlimited availability are open to everyone. These usually include summer events such as hiking, biking or softball. All are welcome at these events as well as at the GENERAL MEETINGS to see what Fall Line Ski Club is all about.

Membership in the club is a yearly membership which starts May 1st and ends April 30th. The cost of membership is $25 prior to September 1. After September 1, membership is $30. Ski trips include destinations to New England, western US, Canada and Europe. If you don't know how to ski yet, some trips include lessons but lessons are always available on your own. If you don't wish to ski you can still enjoy the non-ski events.

During the winter we concentrate on skiing and in the off months we turn to everything else which includes whitewater rafting, biking, hiking, golfing, parties, etc.

 

Mixer Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month. As of 7/19/11 we meet at Dublin Square Pub, 482 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, NJ  08003. The meetings start at 7:30 PM and end around 9:30 PM. The meetings are open to everyone to obtain information on upcoming events or to just socialize. There is a cash bar for your drinking pleasure. The restaurant is available for dinner before, during or after the meeting and many Fall Liners socialize in the bar after the meeting. Please bring a friend, for newcomers are always welcome. If you are not able to attend meetings the newsletter will keep you informed about club events. The Holiday Party replaces the meeting just before Christmas (see Special Events below).

Board Meetings are held the 2 and 4 Tuesday of each month and start at 7:30 p.m. In order for the board to discuss all agenda topics in a timely fashion, members who wish to attend a board meeting must contact the Fall Line President prior to the meeting.



Winter Trip Committee Meetings occur monthly. Please contact our President, Patty Shearer, 856-220-5419, if you are interested in attending or participating.

Social Events Committee Meetings are conducted by Nona Luce, board member and Social Events Chair. Please call Nona, 856-522-9867 if you would like to participate in planning or leading a non-ski related event for the club.
