Note: Each trip has an information sheet and a sign-up sheet.
The information sheet gives the details of the trip. The sign-up sheets are for you to fill in your personal information to sign up for the trip. One standard form is for all major (long) trips and one is for all weekend trips. You will need a separate sign-up sheet for each trip you sign up for. You will keep the Information Sheet for yourself. You will turn in the Sign-Up Sheet. To save time you can have your paperwork done ahead of time by printing out the sheets.

The mailing addresses of the trip leaders are listed on the original information sheets (available at the meetings) but are deleted from the Internet versions below. The trip leader's phone is listed so you can call them for their mailing address if you wish to sign up by mail.

PDF Sign-Up Forms: This PDF version can be filled out on your computer screen before printing it out. Just click on different areas to type or click on check boxes. The parts that can be filled in are in color if you have that feature turned on. Formatting will be done automatically. For instance, 8562311234 in a phone field will come out as (856) 231-1234.You will still have to write your own signature after printing the form out.

Tip: If you're signing up for more than one type of trip (such as 2 Major trips), save a copy of your sign-up sheet on your computer. For your second or third trip just change the information that pertains to the second and third trip and print that out. That way you won't have to fill in again all the personal information that is the same on each form.
