These files are for the board only. Do not give out the password for others to have access to this area. If such concerns arise we can change the password at any time.

These need to be kept up to date as this is the only reasonable way to transfer forms and experience from one board to the next. Even if you think you will give it to the next board, that person next might not use a file and in several years they get lost. This is the best way to keep files long term that future boards can have access to. Also, with this system you can also have access to these forms at any time.

Keep in mind that there can ONLY be ONE official version of a form. If you update a form for your tenure future boards will not see it unless it is stored here.

You do not have authorization to upload changes or deletions yourself. You must send me the files and I will do it or let me know which forms will never be used and I will delete them. With all levels of computer experience on the board we cannot have someone accidentally delete stuff.

Files are listed by category. If a category is your area please go through it once in a while to see if any need to be updated or discarded.

If you don't think that a file will be used anymore then we can discard it. If you think you won't use it but someone else in the future might please keep it.
