Ski Trip Signup
PRICING: The Early Signup discount price is valid for two Mixer Meetings. After the sign-up discount period expires the price goes to the higher amount which reflects the standard price for the trip.
SIGNUP: You are not signed up for the trip until you have submitted a signup form, a deposit and you are a member. You cannot sign up (either by mail or phone) before any trip officially opens at the scheduled Mixer Meeting. You may contact a trip leader before opening night to inform them of your intention to sign up for a trip by mail but the trip leader cannot place you on the trip until the end of the first night.
WAITING LIST: Trips with a waiting list mean you will be placed on a waiting list in the order that you signed up. Many people get on trips by being on a waiting list since there are always people that cancel.
CANCELLATION: If you sign up for a trip and later cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee. This can amount from $75 up to any amount incurred by the club. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel while on a waiting list. All lodging is two to a room. You can pick a roommate or if you don't know anyone a roommate will be assigned to you - a new friend. Attempts will be made to provide a suitable roommate, but if one is not found, or if your cancellation leaves your roommate single, a supplement may be incurred.
TRIP DOCUMENTS: Each trip has an Article, an Info Sheet and a Sign Up sheet on the individual trip page under "Ski Trips 2020".
INFO SHEET: The Information sheet gives the details of the trip and is for reference purposes.
SIGNUP FORMS: The signup forms need to be completed in order to sign up for the trip. You will need a separate signup form for each trip (separate forms for week-long trips and weekend trips). Both of the Trip Signup Forms are listed on this page, the Ski Trips Signup Forms page and also on the individual trip pages. You can fill in the signup form on your computer before printing it out. The signup form will be given to the trip leader along with your payment. Tip: If you're signing up for more than one type of trip (such as 2 Major trips), print a copy of your sign-up sheet on your computer. For your second or third trip just change the information that pertains to the second and third trip and print that out. This will expedite the process for you.
